Low Cost: The sheet metal material is inexpensive, and the stamping process is suitable for mass production, keeping the overall price down.
High Strength: Highly resistant to deformation, it resists damage during transportation and installation, and protects internal components.
Sufficient Heat Dissipation: The thermal conductivity meets the basic heat dissipation requirements of low-power panel lights (10-40W), slowing down the light decay of the lamp beads.
Flexible Adaptability: Standardized mounting structures can be easily manufactured, supporting various mounting methods, and the dimensions can be adjusted to suit different needs.
Adjustable hole size:70-210mm
Anti-UV and high
temperature resistance
No complicated assembly or multi-point fixing is required. The luminaire's built-in spring clip design automatically secures the fixture once inserted into the hole, eliminating time-consuming steps like tightening screws and adjusting the position. Preparing and installing a single luminaire typically takes only a few minutes, significantly reducing overall installation time. Whether you're installing a DIY project or a large-scale installation, this significantly improves efficiency.
Safety Precautions: Power Off.
First, turn off the main power switch to ensure the ceiling circuit is de-energized to avoid the risk of electric shock.
Prepare the Hole: Drill the Hole According to the Dimensions
Drill a mounting hole of the appropriate size at the intended ceiling installation location based on the panel light's dimensions (refer to the fixture's manual for specific hole dimensions).
Light Wiring: Connect the Circuit
Properly connect the panel light's power cord to the AC power cord in the ceiling (ensure the positive and negative poles/live and neutral are aligned. This is recommended for a qualified electrician).
Recessed Installation: Secure the Light
Press the spring clips on both sides of the panel light with both hands and push forward. Smoothly insert the light into the pre-cut hole in the ceiling. Release the spring clips, allowing them to automatically spring open, securing the light in place.
